The TSG tooling system for boring and milling is a system developed by our company much earlier to apply for boring and milling machine tools and machining centers. The features of the system are the tools connecting to machine tools in integrated way, 7:24 taper for locating, so it has high rigidity, stable structure.

Big specification like tapers 50,60 are applicable for heavy duty machine tools. Small specification like taper 30 is applicable for high revolution light duty machine tools. The system can carry on many processings like drilling, reaming, boring, milling and tapping,which is a perfect machining tooling system.

At present for the taper 7:24 our company can produce standards like ISO,GB,JIS(MAS),ASME(ANSI),DIN,OCT etc.and five specifications 30,40,45,50 and 60.

Besides the specifications in the catelogues,our company still can design according to customers needes, especially to optimize the technological process.
