The quality of the products is connected the development and existence of an enterprise and is a vital factor for an enterprise to live on. Therefore during our process of quality management, we always persist in our quality principle of “the null defect of products is our goal and satisfaction to customers is our object”, and pay attention in every detail.
The implementation situation of quality systems:
In 1994 the enterprise started to execute ISO9000 quality system and established quality managing systems accordingly. In 1998, the enterprise passed ISO9001:1994 quality system certification for the first time. On Nov. 8 2003 the enterprise also passed ISO9001:2000 quality system certification. And later in Oct. 2004 and on Nov. 8-10, 2005 the enterprise passed the recheck carried on by Huaxin Company. Therefore the enterprise established good reputation in quality and credit.
The quality managing system includes quality inspection section, quality supervision section and calibration center, which is responsible for the inspection, spot testing and evaluation of the calibration devices. Meanwhile, the enterprise always carry on internal examination and verification and assessment to its own quality managing system according to ISO9001:2000 so as to guarantee that the system could run well and be effective.
Brief account of the history of quality management of the enterprise:
- In 1979 the quality management was established and publicized on large scale.
- In 1983, the gauge blocks were awarded national gold medal and the dial indicators were awarded national silver medal.
- In 1985, the enterprise was awarded the title of National First Grade Calibration Company.
- In 1988, the enterprise was awarded the title of National Second Grade Company.
- In 1991, the enterprise was awarded the title of National Safe Production Enterprise.
- In 1994, it started to perform ISO9000 system standard and established quality systems.
- In 1997, the quality guarantee manual and performing documents were composed.
- In 1998, it got the ISO9001:1994 quality certificate issued by Huaxin Technology Inspection Company for the first time.
- In 2003, it got the ISO9001:2000 quality certificate issued by Huaxin Technology Inspection Company.
- In 2001, the enterprise was awarded the title of Famous Brand in Hei Longjiang Province.
- In 2002, the brand “LINKS” won the title of “Famous Brand in Hei Longjiang Province.”
- In 2003 and 2005, the enterprise was awarded “Famous Brand in Hei Longjiang Province.”
- In 2003 and 2005, the enterprise was awarded “Famous Brand in Harbin”.
- In 2002 and 2003, the enterprise was awarded the title of Municipal Advanced Company in Management of Harbin.
- In 2004, the enterprise was awarded National Well-selling Brand.
- In 2004, the enterprise was awarded the title of Advanced Company in Quality Management by provincial technology supervision bureau.
- In 2005, the enterprise was awarded the National Advanced Company in Quality and Profit in Machinery Industry Prize, Customers’ Satisfaction Prize, Quality Management Prize. The enterprise was the only one that won 3 prizes at one time in the domestic industry.
